If you win a vehicle, can you inspect it before final payment?

The insurance companies used to let customers register and inspect the vehicles, unfortunately they stopped that due to safety reasons. Customers were getting injured and it posed a risk. We do have different auctions and sellers that we work with. On certain vehicles we can get you inspection access prior to bidding or invoicing. Once you are invoiced we are obligated to pay for that vehicle, otherwise we have to pay a 10% or 20% relist fee depending on the insurance company or seller.
