Generally, yes — if a part is photographed inside or with the vehicle at the time of listing, it's expected to stay with the vehicle through to pickup. That said, parts can shift or go missing between intake and the day you collect the car, especially at high-volume storage yards. It's worth documenting what's shown in photos and raising any discrepancy immediately at pickup rather than after you've left the lot.
